1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern the website design, hosting and care plan services provided by Rivet Solutions LLC ("PageTruck", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Website Build
We design and write a custom website for your business for a one-time fee of $799. You see your finished site before you pay. After payment, we make up to 2 rounds of corrections before launch. If we agree on a different price with you in writing, the price on your invoice applies. The build fee doesn't include hosting; see Hosting.
3. Hosting
Hosting is a monthly subscription of $19.99 a month. It covers hosting your site, an SSL certificate, and your domain in your name (see Your Domain). It doesn't include edits; we quote changes one at a time (see Changes and Quotes). Every care plan includes the same hosting, SSL and domain coverage, so you need Hosting or a care plan, never both. Hosting renews monthly until you cancel.
4. Care Plans
Care plans are monthly subscriptions that include everything in Hosting (hosting, SSL and your domain in your name), plus edits: Basic Care ($39.99/month): 2 small edits per month, updates within 2 business days; Plus Care ($69.99/month): 5 small edits per month, 1 new section or page per month, updates within 1 business day; Pro Care ($129.99/month): 10 small edits per month, 3 new sections or pages per month, priority updates within 1 business day, quarterly design refresh. A care plan replaces Hosting; you don't pay for both. A small edit is a change to text, photos, hours, prices or menu items on existing pages. Unused edits don't roll over. Care plans renew monthly until you cancel.
5. Changes and Quotes
With Hosting, which includes no edits, or for a bigger change than your care plan covers, we send you a one-time quote and start only after you approve it. We show you a preview of each change and publish it only after you approve it.
6. Your Domain
Your domain is registered in your name. If you already have one, we connect it to your site; it stays with your registrar, and its registrar fee stays yours. If not, we register one in your name and pay its yearly registrar fee while you have Hosting or a care plan. You can move your domain anytime. 7. Your Content and Site Files
Your text, photos, logos, and the page text we write for your business are yours. Once your build is paid, your full site files (HTML, CSS, images) are yours too, and you can download them anytime, free.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel Hosting or a care plan anytime by email. No phone call needed. Cancelling is always free. Your plan stops renewing, and a care plan's edits remain available until the end of the month you've paid for. Your content and site files stay yours to download (see Your Content and Site Files).
9. Refunds
Care plans: 30-day money-back on the first month. If you cancel within 30 days of your first care plan payment, we refund that payment in full. Website build: you review and approve your finished site before you pay, and we don't offer a separate money-back guarantee on the build fee.
10. No Guarantee of Results
We build every site with search engines in mind, but we don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls, or customers.
